Chicken bittersweet


I don’t know too much about cuisine but I know a couple good plates. One of this one’s is the chicken bittersweet. The Ingredients are: 2 Lb chicken breast, two egg onions, ½ Lb Margarine, ½ cup of ketchup, ½ cup orange juice, and two spoonful of vinegar.
The first step is fried the chicken breast with de margarine, just brown the chicken a little bite. Then remove the chicken breast and use the same margarine to fry the onion (the onions have to be chopping in small squares). While you are frying the onion you should prepare the sauce. Use a container to mix the ketchup, vinegar and the orange juice. When you have a homogeneous mixture you can add sugar and salt as much as you want. Then add the sauce to the fried onion in one pot that you can fry and put later in the oven. Remember that you should keep the margarine with the fried onion. Cook the sauce with the fried onion for 5 minutes and then add the chicken breast and put in to the oven for 30 minutes at 250⁰C. Check the chicken before remove it from the oven. You should serve the kitchen with mush potatoes and Cesar salad.
